By far the best resort I’ve ever been to! Booking a trip as we speak to go back next year! Beds were a bit hard, and my air conditioning stopped working for about 24 hours, but they fixed it. The staff truly gives you service from the heart!
I just returned from Hyatt Ziva in Montego Bay. This is my favorite all-inclusive hotel in Jamacia! I have stayed at several, and this place has it all plus an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. One of them mentioned the akumal fly fishing trip. The food and drinks were great; I can’t wait to go back! I would highly recommend this resort.
We just returned from a wedding at the resort, and it was beautiful. All the employees were terrific and made us feel extremely welcome. Our favorite bartenders were Davian, Jevaun, and Hughchen at the swim up bar in the pool.
They kept our whole group coming back and learned our regular drinks. The food was terrific too. Definitely, don’t miss breakfast at Choice or forget to get an everything plate from the Jerk Hut!
This hotel has the most accommodating staff EVER. Food was excellent at every restaurant we visited. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Cannot say enough about how our butlers Worron, Anna and Kimme took care of us – every small detail addressed. I highly recommend everything about this hotel – a MUST visit. Coming back as soon as I can.
Sampled the food at all of the restaurants and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Our overall favorite was the Asian Fusion restaurant. At the buffet meals, the trays of food were refreshed even right up until the time they were ready to close. At the pool and the beach, people were walking around regularly taking a drink and/or food orders.
The strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas were the best I ever had. My husband loved the selection of liquor at the bars. It seemed there was an equal number of people on the team to guests, which is why we felt so pampered! The entertainment crew was amiable and really fun in this place.
