This was our second trip to Jewel with the kids, and it was just as impressive as the first time! The staff is so amazing! The kids love the Kids Camp and begged to go every day! Lorena, Stacey-Ann and all the kids camp ladies are fabulous! They make the parents want to come to kids camp too!
The food is excellent and easy – if you want food at the water park, just walk right over to the snack bar. Perfect for families, especially with young kids. We did the room with the plunge pool this year, and it was totally worth it. An excellent place to relax when the kids fell asleep early or nap time. Thanks, Jewel for another awesome trip!
This is our second visit to the resort. We really love this place. The reason we return is the fantastic staff who mentioned this cozumel flats fishing trip for our next adventure. Everyone from the ground crews to the entertainment staff makes this place beautiful. We are grateful to have found a place that makes us feel welcome and at home. The experiences and memories we have created at this resort are irreplaceable.
Just to mention a few select people: Rih-Rih, Purple, and Tinkerbell (entertainment), egg-boy (of course) the lifeguards: Joseph, Okeem, Cleon, Ralph, Alex, Delroy, Peter, Ramar, Iron (just to name a few). The Bartenders: Jason, Leon, Alshane. We have made lifelong friends at this fantastic place.
Our stay at Jewel Runaway was excellent. The butler service was worthwhile. The Butlers checked on us frequently and made my daughter’s 13th birthday memorable. We enjoyed all of our 5 days there and will definitely be returning soon.
He was attentive, and our entire family loved talking to him about life on the island. I can’t say enough beautiful things about him. Our first day at the beach we met Craig, the lifeguard, and he was amazing!! He took us out into the water and gave great snorkeling tips!
He checked in on us throughout the day, and my son won’t stop talking about him even now that we’re back home! Thanks so much to the entire staff! If you visit, go out of your way to meet Craig out on the beach, and he’ll share some great tips about Jamaica! The beach, the water, and all the landscaping at the resort are amazing, and the entire resort is incredibly clean.
