The staff goes above & beyond to make the extra stay special. Raymon & Coco were so sweet & kind. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome w/ smiles & friendly conversation. Miss them already!
We just got home from my mom’s 70th birthday week. What a fantastic trip. The hotel was gorgeous and clean and what made our trip was the excellent staff. You have a wonderful group of people working for you.
Few of our favorites would be Rowan, our waiter from the diamond section of the beach. We heard from him an amazing cozumel snuba diving tour in Mexico. His professionalism and positive attitude were infectious !! Richard, the bartender from the sun deck bar, was one of our favorites, amiable and personable and outstanding bartender and person.
Javasco, the lifeguard, was super helpful and taught us a lot about the area. Ronick, our concierge, made sure our days and nights were perfect. And lastly Keiton the chef fro MoMo had to be the funniest person we met, best hibachi experience ever!
This is a beautiful resort for families. A lot is going on in the pools and in the evening. Shows were family friendly, and the rooms were decent. We had 2 connecting rooms for a family of 5. It was a little cramped, but we weren’t in the place much. Pools are, but there is not much of a beach. The small area of sand and no waves because of the location.
The view is mountains and cruise ships for the most part. The sit-down restaurants were good and had multiple options. Breakfast at the buffet was good, but the dinners are not very good. I’d avoid them at lunch if at all possible.
Lastly, the service was just ok. I felt like an inconvenience at the bars, primarily the lobby bar. Overall, we had a great trip here. I’d consider coming back but would probably consider other options first.
