My boyfriend and I arrived here to get a week from home, and frankly, it felt just like home for the time we had been there. The staff was fluent in English so that it made it a whole lot easier to communicate. We had asked about trips, plus they had a person available to supply us with pamphlets and information about the flights in addition to aid booking.
Each morning we enjoyed a gourmet breakfast at the hotel’s lounge, the menu had a terrific choice with a particular of the day feature that I enjoyed. I managed to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee the moment I sat down since the waiter was prompt!
The resort had exceptional and refined touches throughout, which lent it an opulent feel. After we wanted to unwind, there was a gorgeous rooftop pool with cozy sofa beds, sun loungers at the pool and a pub. The bartender made cocktails and quite good best shore snorkeling in cozumel suggestions! Location of the hotel yet another bonus since it’s merely a couple of minutes from 5th Avenue.
Being it was situated so near downtown, I was impressed with how quiet it was though it was Spring break if you’re interested in somewhere to keep at Playa Del Carmen that I would strongly suggest this resort.

We stayed for a week Christmas in a gorgeous area a couple of floors up with a balcony overlooking the 10th route. Everything in the region has high quality, fantastic lighting, and the bed is super comfy.
The resort is situated on ten ave near the sweeping of 10 st. You can’t be more fundamental than that. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in every little question we had throughout our stay. I’d certainly stay here again when I return to PDC.
