The staff was amicable and provided excellent service throughout my stay with them. I will definitely stay with the hotel again. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Oh, and the mattresses were comfortable.
Very friendly, good quality hotel with lovely staff. Really excellent breakfast, nice terrace bar in the evenings, two outdoor pools and space if you need to meet people or hang out. Right area to walk to some nearby places like Emancipation Park and close to govt offices and shops. Deck bar and restaurant just a few mins walk away.
I have also stayed in other hotels in the area, and for me, this is the best. Excellent Customer Service – all the staff were polite and accommodating and recommends amazing stuff like the cozumel jeep and snorkel tour in MX. My room was spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious. There are 2 pools plus good free WiFI coverage. It is also located in central locations close to many amenities.
Great location for business appointments, excellent clean accommodations, and a great restaurant. Super happy with service and attention given all around. Also took advantage to do a spa service and it was an amazing, top-level experience all around. A+ hotel.
I just love the Spanish Court Hotel. I would always consider staying in this hotel, especially a business traveler to Kingston. I have visited 3 times over a couple of years, and this hotel never fails to surpass expectations. Staff is attentive, friendly, and engaged. Restaurant and cafe on sight are delightful, the range and quality of food are excellent. Rooms are great, clean, and modern. Definitely, the service is the number one USP on this relatively new brand. It is good to see that they are maintaining standards.
What sets The Spanish Court apart, from other similar hotels, is the excellent level of service. Mr. Perrin and his team are very good at providing advice and meeting your needs; examples include helping arrange taxis, helping me find a pharmacy (they even have a nurse on site) and a welcome drink (which was a glass of champagne). There is a lovely team working here, and they are a credit to the Spanish Court.
My family and I spent one night at the hotel during an overnight trip to Kingston. The ambiance of the hotel was very charming, considering the size. The place was spotless, the staff amiable. We checked in after the kitchen closed for dinner, but was able to order room service off of the dinner menu – delicious! The excellent place overall and will stay again and again.
