We had an incredible 5 days at Round Hill in Villa 23. Authentic, laid back, high-quality service. Incredibly helpful people, both staff and guests. A bit like going back in time. I would go there every year if I could, and that is the first time I’ve said that about any place I’ve been.
It was a high-end experience for us, but I never felt like I was wasting money. Money well spent. The meal plan options were great. We don’t eat a lot, so not having to sign up for a meal plan was excellent. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the place is.
Extraordinarily private but not stuffy. Staff recommended us some cozumel tours by cab for our family. So fun every day with many water activities available at no charge and different sets of entertainment EVERY night. You can leave the property, but don’t have to have a varied and fun experience. Never returned from vacation this relaxed! Yea Mon!
I recently stayed at the Round Hill Hotel and Villas, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff is exceptional and amazingly helpful. I cannot say enough about the spa as well as the property as a whole. It was like being in a magnificent oasis. There are flowers and plants everywhere, which created a perfect setting!
I can’t tell you enough. I went alone and requested to be picked up by Round Hill staff and Clifford, my driver was excellent. I was literally led to him by Round Hill at the airport as soon as I got through customs, it was exceptional.
The villa I stayed in was beautiful and private, which included two staff who cooked me breakfast each morning, at my request. The coffee was fantastic, and service all over the grounds was exceptional. I’m already planning a return trip, it was indeed one of the best experiences of my vacation life. They attended my every need, outstanding.
Old world charm, great location, and amazing food! Staff is brilliant. Kids club quite Mixed and great for girls and younger kids but probably not for older boys. All inclusive package is absolutely worth it.
