Secrets (and AM family of brands) are my go-to for a vacation I know I will enjoy 100%. Secrets St. James was no exception. The staff and service were top notch. The food was ALL delicious. I didn’t eat anything I didn’t like. The jerk chicken cart was the best afternoon snack! Book your Jamaican stay at Secrets St. James Montego Bay, and you will not be disappointed.
Was really great, beautiful room and the beaches and pools were beautiful. Room service was not really up to par of what was expected. One of the guys from the staff recommended us the mini sub in cozumel tour for our family. Descriptions were not what we received. A tad is disappointing in that aspect.
4 ladies and I stayed here, and we had the best time! Food was great! Service was phenomenal. The room was clean, and I probably got the best sleep in the bed! Beach area was my favorite, and the entire experience was the best! No kids is a plus!
Location is great just minutes from Montego Bay airport. Pristine beaches. I think the resort was pretty full, but we never waited for service or had a problem finding a chair on the beach. Staff was excellent. Great Customer service. Fun story, we wanted Coconut water, but couldn’t find the ‘Guy with the cart.’ So we asked a passing Landscape guy where we could see the Coconut water guy.
He explained that he only came out with the card at noon each day and since we were leaving the next morning, the landscape guy (Daniel) actually climbed a tree and brought down 2 coconuts for us. The bar attendant fixed us up with a couple glasses of ice and lime, and we enjoyed our healthy treat. Made our day.
All the food we experienced as fantastic. I have stayed at other All-inclusive resorts and comparatively, these guys win. I enjoyed every minute.
Always have a great time at this resort so many activities to do. Bars and restaurants are excellent nighttime shows outstanding. Rooms are beautiful with great views, no matter where your room is. Watching sunrises and sunsets here are truly beautiful.
