Excellent customer service, pleasant, and helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Rooms are spotless, modern and offer that boutique experience. A little hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Lovely site!
We got absolutely blown away by the level of service both for the side and restaurant of the room. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Anything we needed was a quick phone call away.
The room and bathroom were large and comfortable, with a nice modern feel to it. Furnishings and decor were to a high standard and well maintained, and housekeeping was excellent.
The breakfast was excellent, and the portions were generous. There was a large choice on the menu, but I especially enjoyed ackee and saltfish, which I had a few times!
We tried another few restaurants in Negril but ended up eating in the hotel restaurant for dinner most nights as the food was so good. The menu was very varied, and the food was superb. Andre at the bar was always so professional and friendly, suggesting amazing activities such as the best snorkeling in riviera maya trips for me and my family. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the whole experience.
We have been traveling quite a lot and stayed in many hotels all over the world. But our experience at Sandy Haven has shown us the makings of excellent hotels.
All respect for the owner who does a great job here; an actual sample of excellent hospitality.
I cannot say enough and could go on forever. But the bottom line – I recommend this hotel and would stay there again without reservation.
